CS-PROJECT was founded in 1990 as a subsidiary of a London based company, FORUM EUROPE Ltd where the CS-PROJECT´s founders, Jan Petr and Jaromír Šída, were trained.

At the end of 1991 the Czech subsidiary became a full fledged corporate consulting business. Today the firm has about 12 full-time consultants serving clients from all over the Czech Republic. More experts are brought in on a project to project basis depending on the specific tasks involved.

Since its establishment CS-PROJECT has worked with leaders of major companies in energy and utilities, transportation, automotive, communications, healthcare, government and public services. The core areas of services we provide include: management consulting, quality systems implementation, development projects management, etc.

CS PROJECT is an accredited member of The Association for Counseling in Business.
